Summer is in full swing! And what would be a summer without sailing on the Adriatic, a morning swim after an evening party on the next boat, or a brunch in the bay at anchor, and nothing but the sea far and wide. This year, Dennis took the captaincy, officially for the first time, so it was quite a challenge. But I'm saying up front that it didn't any problem, because over the years as a crew we've been in perfect sync, and so this year's vacation went surprisingly well without any hitch. No anchor or sail was lost or damaged, no ships were scuttled or sunk. And such a things happen on a boat.
The start of this year's voyage was set in Trogir. That's pretty much our home base already, though this year from across the bay, from Marina Baotić. All three of our 45 ships took all 30 people, provisions for a week of life at sea, and set off around the surrounding islands. A week on the Trogir - Šolta - Palmijana - Vela Luka - Lastovo - Mljet - Korčula route and back to Trogir, no hurry, especially so that everyone can enjoy it. As we love it.
Unfortunately, it always goes by so far. But Yacht 2022 is coming again..!
