The year has passed like in no time and the summer children's camp is here again. It was worth it again this year, we travelled all over the world despite being at the same meadow and forest for almost two weeks. What countries did we go to and what did we see on our journey around the world? We visited France on the first day. First we went through customs . We compiled a map and started to write a travel diary. At the end of the day, we were a little troubled by the rain .

On Saturday, like the day before, we started with ceramics, making traditional Vietnamese houses . After snack, we learned to tie knots, it suited us for the evening knotting competition . In the afternoon, we deciphered a text about Vietnam. Right after the shower, there was dinner, which we tried to eat with chopsticks .

The next day we visited the ceramic workshop right again in the morning, making islands . Also today we learned to encrypt 📝. During the day, we also showed off the Lochness monster , the weather finally favored .

We visited Kenya the next day . After the customs check, we visited again the ceramics workshop . A safari followed, during which we hunted some wild animals . In the evening, we roasted sausages (Czech buřty) and played some Kenyan fire games .

On Monday, we had a day trip from Slavonice to Český Rudolec . At the beginning of our expedition, we went to the Slavonic underground , where we came across a mummy in Egypt. After having an ice cream, we hit on the Grasel trail reaching our destination later .

We went to Mexico on Tuesday morning . Before the trip, we were trained by friends from the Regional Association of the Czech Red Cross J. Hradec . The training was accompanied by practical demonstrations . In the afternoon and evening, we cooked a delicious meal at the campground, our potato dumplings were a great success and all disappeared in a few minutes .

The next day we arrived in the USA . First we made a model of the railroad from natural products. After lunch we were visited by police dog handlers , who showed us their work. Next was an aerial demonstration of the drone . Of course we took a photo together from a bird's eye view .

Australia . In the morning, we looked for Australian animals in the forest . Then we went to refresh ourselves at the natural pond . We visited a real Australian disco in the evening .

On our last day abroad, we visited the Land of the Rising Sun . First we went through customs as every day . Then we tried folding origami. Then we went on a tour of Japan . Japan was the last country we visited, so we evaluated our journey in the evening at the bonfire, our squad was victorious this year .

Once again, thanks to the whole 1st squad, how they worked hard and judged the victory, as well as to the whole collective of friends and comrades for a relaxing two weeks around the world, every day elsewhere! And maybe again in a year, see you in the meadow in Božejov.
